Stores for 6-9 months and has 9-20 cloves per bulb. Susanville is an excellent, flavorful garlic from the mountains in Northern California. It is a wonderful garlic and is recommended for those who live in either warm or cold winter areas.

Inchelium Red
Inchellium Red can have anywhere from 9-20 cloves and an outer bulb wrapper that is thick for the purpose of protecting the bulb. Inchelium Red stores well and is easy to peel. The flavor of the Inchelium Red is softly robust but not so strong as to be overwhelming; the flavor often sharpens in storage. This mild flavored garlic is great baked and blended with mashed potatoes.

Polish White
Polish White is an excellent all-around general use garlic and a very good baker. It’s a very good grower’s garlic as it has many large cloves (even the innermost cloves are of good size) and it stores well under proper conditions. This bulb has 6-15 cloves.

Italian Purple
The Italian Purple cloves are aromatic, spicy, rich and bold in flavor, which only increases with maturity. When eaten raw, a little bit goes a long way. Stores well and has 5-10 cloves. Italian Purple is an excellent all-around general use garlic and an excellent baker.

German Red
German Red has a “middle of the road” garlic flavor, making it an excellent garlic for dehydrating to garlic powder, or for those wanting to get all the garlic flavor possible from each clove without being overpowered. It can produce between 6 and 12 cloves per bulb.
